Set around a lake and a beautiful 18 hole golf course, Port Bourgenay stands amidst acres of parkland between the ocean and pine forests. Just a short drive from Les Sable d’Olonne, Port Bourgenay evokes an Edwardian flavour and boasts a superb beach which can be reached by foot or a small tourist train runs from mid April to mid September.
The pastel-coloured apartments and houses are reminiscent of the charming seaside resorts of the Belle Epoque. They are divided into five car-free districts, each with a swimming pool. In the centre of the village, the restaurant and shops all add to the holiday atmosphere.
