Book with confidence
We know that in these uncertain times you want peace of mind if plans have to change. To help you book with confidence, we promise that your money is protected if:
we have to cancel your booking;
your booking cannot legally go ahead due to UK public health measures, such as if we are in lockdown, or you would be in breach of household mixing rules;
you, or someone in your party, has COVID and your isolation period overlaps with your booking dates (in the event of curtailment you will receive a partial refund). We can ask to see evidence of a positive PCR test.
In these circumstances, you will be able to choose between:
✓ A full refund
We will refund you the full amount you have paid for your booking.
✓ Transfer to a later date or a different location or accommodation
Subject to availability, we will help you move your booking to a later date or even a new location or accommodation with no admin fees, but please be aware that if the cost of your new arrangements is higher than your original booking, then you’ll need to pay the difference. Of course, if the cost is less, we will refund the difference.
