Croft View is a beautifully decorated, well-maintained holiday apartment with lovely countryside views. A lot of thought has been put into decorating it and kitting it out and Jane, the owner, is very helpful . It was also well insulated and even when the temperature dropped outside if was lovely and warm indoors. On a clear night you can do a bit of stargazing from the hot tub. It was a great base for exploring Glasgow, Edinburgh & surrounding areas. You need your own transport, as it's a little bit off the beaten track but it's only a 10 minute drive to 3 local train stations where you can get trains to Edinburgh and Glasgow. All in all a great place for a relaxing holiday.

Had such an amazing time at Croft View. Jane really couldn't have done enough to ensure we were comfortable with our three month old providing additional baby blankets, baby towels and a changing mat alongside the cot bed. It was really appreciated. The summerhouse had a little window with a seating area underneath which was wonderful for us keeping an eye on the little one as we relaxed and took in the views from the hot tub. The place was spotless and was in a great spot for exploring Edinburgh and around. The little touches such as welcome hamper and bottle of prosecco went down a real treat after a long drive from Yorkshire. Thank you for your welcoming us to Croft View and for your hospitality.
