Easter activities for kids

Easter is the perfect excuse to get outside, enjoy the fresh air and let the kids run wild, especially when you’re away on a spring break with Hoseasons! Whether you’re staying in a cosy lodge with a hot tub, a family-friendly holiday park or a tranquil coastal cabin, there are so many fun ways to mark the long weekend together. If you're staying for a weekend break, or bringing the whole family for a whole week, Easter is a lovely time of year for some wholesome reconnection time. With our 3 for 2 on selected breaks, there couldn't be a more perfect opportunity.

From woodland egg hunts and crafty afternoons to chocolatey bakes and nature walks, we’ve pulled together our favourite Easter-themed activities to help you make the most of your stay, come rain or shine!

Hop into an Easter break

Don’t let the Easter holidays slip by. Bag a last-minute lodge or park break and enjoy family time, fresh air and a well-earned change of scene. And enjoy up to 30% off!

Best for crafters: DIY Easter bonnets

Bring the tradition to life with a mini craft session around the kitchen table. Use ribbons, paper flowers and pom-poms to let kids (and adults!) create their own wearable Easter masterpiece.

What you’ll need: Straw hats or card bases, glue dots, decorations
Don’t miss: A mini catwalk or photo parade outside your lodge.

Why it works: It’s fun, nostalgic and makes for adorable photos, plus it keeps little hands busy if the weather’s not playing ball.
