Father's Day ideas & inspiration

We've all been there: you check your calendar and see that Father's Day is coming up, and desperately try to rack your brain for the perfect gift to show that special father-figure in your life how much you care and appreciate them. Well, instead of giving your dad the same present as last year (was it socks, wine, aftershave?) why not treat them to a fun Father's Day activity or a day out just the two of you instead. After all, the gift he'll enjoy the most, is probably spending time with you!

Scroll down to find out our top things to do for Father's Day 2025 - taking place on Sunday 15th June - or book a break for a Father's Day gift.

1. Treat dad to a golf break

If your dad's a keen golfer - and even better if you are too - why not take him to tee off at one of the UK's many incredible golf courses? You could even book one of our golf breaks, where the holiday accommodation has a golf course onsite or nearby. If pitch and putt is more your pace, we also have those too... Spend the day perfecting your swings together, followed by a hearty meal in the clubhouse. It’s a wonderful day out that combines quality time, a bit of friendly competition and the chance to enjoy some (hopefully) sunny June weather.

The combination of good company, an exciting atmosphere, plus flowing food and drink is sure to be a perfect Father's Day activity. Even better if your team wins!
