Just off the main river in the yard’s mooring basin is Swallows. The living room is located at the front of the houseboat, complete with sliding glass doors onto the deck, sofa, and a Smart TV. The kitchen area is well equipped with a cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. There are 2 bedrooms on board. The first has a double bed, while the second is a bunk room with bespoke L shaped bunks, and both offer great views of the river. There is also a stylish bathroom complete with a basin, WC, and a bath.

This mid-range cruiser is practical for ‘all seasons’, compact, stylish and fitted with a bow thruster for easy manoeuvring. The large spacious cockpit is great for fishing from or just relaxing. Please be aware of the side decks as they are quite high.

A light and airy saloon with seating that converts into a double bed. Separate toilet and shower, plus cabin with bunk beds that convert into a double bed.
