The owner is very nice and welcoming. Its good to be staying on a working farm and see rural life as it realy is. The wifi was excellent in all rooms, the views from the rooms was very scenic with sheep grazing in the field nearby. There is a pub within walking distance, we didnt visit it, but it looked good and was popular with the locals.

A really beautiful property in a delightful area. Superbly equipped in every detail. Run by a family who made us very very welcome. The scenery of the area could only be described as stunning. I would recommend this property to anyone wishing to have peaceful holiday amongst beautiful scenery on the farm, with lovely helpful people.

We found the owner friendly and helpful and the cottage was comfortable particularly the beds. it had a beautiful view with nearby river and country walks. The location was ideal for the mountain railways and the stunning Snowdonia national park.

Comfortable cottage for a family with lovely views across to the sea and towards the mountains. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. A good place for traveling to various places eg Llandudno is approx. 1 hour drive where as criccieth is a couple of minutes. Lots of walking routes from the cottages and local places to see including Lloyd George museum and home.
