If you are looking for something to do that won't break the bank then we have some suggestions of free activities that you can do with all of the family in the area. Top of our list is Cassiobury Park, located near Watford. With 200 acres of green space, the park is home to a playground, splash pool, a miniature railway and various events held throughout the year.
If you have a history buff or culture vulture in your group, then head out to the Natural History Museum at Tring. Here there is everything from tiny beetles to huge bears, and why not treat yourselves to a slice of cake in the cafe afterwards?
