The property is spacious well equipped including a pool table and is furnished to a good standard. In the heart of the Scottish Highlands Aviemore offers a wide range of leisure facilities skiing during the winter whilst in the summer the list is endless – climbing walking sailing windsurfing canoeing fishing and riding. Also during the summer the Strathspey Steam Train chugs between Aviemore and Boat of Garten where the ospreys nest.     Stayed here over Christmas for the 2nd year in a row. Absolutely lovely house. Definitely home from home. Love the gorgeous fire in the living room. Everything clean when we arrived. My 2 girls loved the pool table in the garage. Underfloor heating is great in the hallway. Only about a 5/10 minute walk from shops, pubs and local amenities. We went to CairnGorm mountains on Christmas Eve where our 2 girls had their first skiing lesson with freeski in the snow. Just perfect. Would definitely recommend.

    A great holiday home on the outskirts of Aviemore. The house had pretty much everything we needed (a hairdryer would be good). We were pleasantly surprised by how much room and space there was. One small criticism would be a folder of the local area, highlights, nice restaurants, etc.
