Anneddle is a newly converted property, transformed into a stunning stone cottage in Talybont Village near Barmouth, within the Snowdonia National Park. Wide sandy beaches, woodland walks and beautiful countryside are all on the doorstep. It ticks all the boxes for a quality, coastal bolthole, perfect for families and people who love walking and outdoor pursuits. This gorgeous holiday home has slate flooring downstairs plus a stunning open plan living/dining/kitchen. The sunny terrace is north/west and sea facing.

There are miles of idyllic coastline to explore, and with ‘picture perfect’ beaches and dunes, you’ll be spoilt for choice. Just down the road you’ll find Harlech, home to the imposing UNESCO world heritage site Harlech Castle. Bustling Barmouth is also only a short distance; take a walk along the promenade and indulge in some fish and chips. An iconic feature of the town is Barmouth Bridge, over 150-year-old railway viaduct across the Mawddach Estuary. It is half a mile in length with a wooden promenade suitable for pedestrians or cyclists which now forms part of the Wales Coast Path and the Lon Las Cymru Cycle Network. Nantcol waterfalls are just a few miles away and offer a great day out, a perfect place for a family picnic whilst playing in the stream. You’ll be in a fantastic location to explore this area of the Snowdonia National Park.
