Apple Cottage is delightful. Set in a quiet village location about 5 miles from Ludlow it offers a cosy environment to explore the local area. It has everything you need whatever the weather.

Lovely property so well equipped. Only negative and dissapointment and this happens so often, is cheap pillows on the bed they were very flat and hard gave us a stiff neck! Also the bath towels they were not bath sheets luckily we are small people but only just covered us. This was such a shame. If these things were address it would be just perfect.

Location would be excellent in good weather, our stay marred by flooding in the local area!

Lovely cottage with all needs catered for. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Welcome hamper was a thoughtful touch Highly recommended

    A well equipped cosy cottage

Very well equipped, very quiet and a warm welcome

    out of 10

Cottage is fully equipped with everything one could need . All is of high standard. Owners left a welcome hamper - much appreciated. Location is in small hamlet so nothing of note available on doorstep. However Bromfield and Ludlow can be accessed inside 10 minutes by car. Slight disappointment that the view of sheep in a field on the website was not directly available at the back of the cottage but involved a walk around intervening buildings. This was compensated to some extent by view of chickens in front garden opposite and the view of the unusual steeple of Culmington church. Would we consider going again - definitely.

Apple Cottage is a lovely place, we had an amazing holiday, there is something for everyone from games and books, TV, dvd player and even wi-fi which the girls loved being teens! it's in a beautiful location and great to use as a base for visiting the surrounding areas, would definitely recommend, we all had a great time, including our dog Alfie.

This was our 5th stay at Apple Cottage as we love staying out in the countryside near to Ludlow. The cottage is very clean and comfortable. There are many other great places to visit including Shrewsbury, Cardiff and Chester by train, Croft Castle, Church Stretton and the Carding Mill Valley. We never get bored and always find lots to do.

A quiet and restful Cottage in a very quiet and peaceful location. If you're looking to getaway from it all this is ideal. No mobile signal but there is a incoming calls only landline phone. Wifi is adequate but the television lacks internet wifi connection that makes watching Netflix impossible. Lovely arrival gift of locally produced milk, bread, butter and cheese. Comfortable furniture and good heating for when the weather isn't quite warm enough. Parking for one car. The directions into the property are perfect. I would just add the bus stop infont of the phone box when you turn right off the B road.

Really beautiful cottage which is kept really well. The awkward point was with the dog we took with us. The pictures in the advert were misleading as the lilac coloured flowers in the front of the picture are where your parking space is. (No flowers but a parking space) we assumed we could let the dog out without a lead but couldn't as there were properties either side & a VERY small outside space. The pictures with the bench & washing line in a field setting are quite a walk away. (Especially if your dog is 14 yrs old and you have rheumatoid arthritis, steps were in lived too to get to the shared garden.) That was the downside which made a huge difference to our relaxing break. We couldn't really relax!!!

Lovely cottage with all amenities required

    out of 10

Apple Cottage had everything we needed for a relaxing stay in a beautiful area of the country. It is extremely well looked after and there was a wealth of information about the local area.

Lovely cottage Only negative is there are no views from the cottage itself other than parking facility. This is a shame as the surrounding area is beautiful. The pictures on the website of the views are a bit misleading as you need to walk to see them. The patio area is also right near to the parking
