I cannot imagine finding a better holiday cottage. The views across to Kerrera are stunning and the croft is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The caretaker was local and very friendly and helpful. We can't wait to go back!

Lovely cottage, right on the water. Could have done with a few more glasses and some sharper knives. Other than that, perfect.

We have enjoyed a wonderful week in this cottage. It’s very comfortable, clean and well equipped. We had the main bedroom and found the bed extra comfortable and the shower room spacious. Most of all we enjoyed the location overlooking the Sound of Kerrera. We’ve already booked again for next year.

We absolutely loved it- took my 91year old mother for a holiday in December to visit places she had last been to on her honeymoon in 1951. Ardbhan Croft is a cosy and relaxing place to be- especially when the weather is less than perfect. Almost level access throughout the property made it easy for mum and less of a worry for us. The bathrooms are great too - though the door in one of them doesn’t open fully, which makes it a bit of a wiggle to get in it. Other than that it’s a lovely holiday place ?

Lovely cottage and incredibly well kept. Well equipped cottage. Great surrounds. Couple of things to note: noise from road on weekdays when traffic going to ferry slip woke us up very early. Master bedroom mattress was very soft and springy, difficult to get a restful nights sleep. Hill up the drive could be tarmaced as stones spinning under wheels when trying to get up.

the croft is in a superb location , with an interesting outlook onto kerrera over the water and about 100 metres to the ferry across to the island which has some fantastic walks and a well known and very welcome café . the weather we experienced was dreadful with floods in oban and flooded roads in the area , we had two fine days out of seven , however we were very comfortable and warm in ardbhan croft .
