The lodge was absolutely perfect, it lived up to all the pictures online I would 100% come back but in the summer!! There was everything you needed in the kitchen to cook a meal, plenty of room for storage ect, the hot tub was clean and fresh, there was a wii and games to keep the kids entertained. Literally the weather was the only thing to spoil our weekend as we couldn’t get out with the dog.

Perfect little lodge is lovely and clean and comfortable and cosy. Comfortable beds, tons of kitchen equipment and utensils (only thing couldn't find was a tin opener). Great mod cons in kitchen and 3 TV's!! Hot tub amazing. Log burner unfortunately we struggled to get going as the logs would not burn just the kindle but we didnt need it on anyway as was so warm (even through storm Ciara!!). There is 3 pubs in village we dined at copper horse twice and food amazing. Close to Scarborough. Lodge is on a main road and is easy to find. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

Cottage is very comfortable, well equipped and beautifully decorated and furnished. Enjoyed the hot tub. There are about 4 local pubs that do food and one with a children's play area. Morrisons is about a 10 minute drive away and I needed some anti biotics whilst away from home. I rang 111 they made me an appointment within an hour at the local hospital. Which was great and was seen by a lovely doctor who gave me the treatment I needed. We visited Cayton bay where dogs are welcome all year round. Also Filey where we had chips by the sea front. Perfect break .

We (a group of 4) had a superb weekend break in this very lovely cottage, located approximately four miles from Scarborough. The village was excellent with three pubs, a shop, post office and fish and chip shop - everything you could need for a weekend break. There was also a handy bus service (bus stop across the road) into Scarborough that only took about 15 minutes each way. The property was stunning, with everything you could wish for in terms of home from home, plus of course, the large hot tub. Another sofa or larger sofa in the living area would have been the icing on the cake, but it was still very very lovely, luxurious, and comfortable and I would definitely return and recommend to friends and family. Many thanks

Nice cottage with good access to local shops, pubs, etc. On busy road and overlooked by neighbours. Welcome pack would have been nice.
