Bandrake barn dates back to 1824 and is a converted stone-built barn that was once used to house the coach and horses for the owners of Bandrake house. The barn has been converted to a good standard whilst retaining some of its original features, including exposed oak beams which gives it the character it deserves. It is only 20 minutes by car to Coniston Water and Grizedale Forest where you can run, cycle off road and visit Go Ape if you are feeling adventurous. Bowness and Windermere are only a 20-minute drive away. Show more
