Would be perfect with a Hot tub

Happy to recommend Barreg as a very good four bedroom holiday base, just a few minutes walk from the beach. Car parking for two cars on the road outside the house also very convenient. Free tennis courts and fenced football court just across the road.

Great location for walking to the beach and enjoying the stunning coastline. Handy that the co-op is round the corner. Parking could be an issue but the owners put cones out to save us a space for when we arrived. Missing a few bits and pieces in the kitchen such as decent sharp knives and oven gloves. Could also do with a bit of maintenance - wobbly toilet seat and tap. Otherwise very comfy stay

We used this for a family holiday, for 3 couples and a very vocal toddler. The house is spacious (the photos don't capture the size), and well appointed. Barmouth is a good base for exploring the area. We were extremely lucky with the weather and were able to enjoy the beach. Barmouth is a small town, but there is lots to do in the area. We would return to this cottage.

Lovely house, very comfortable and well equipped.

Had a wonderful break with friends and 2 dogs! so close to the beach, peaceful, close to everything, even the weather was good for us. House was great, loads of space, and everything that we needed, If we went to this area again I would re-book here. Only downside wasn't really anything to do with the property, booking out of season means that the town is somewhat shut down, but still lots to do and places to go, just check first before you turn up, as sometimes even though the place was supposed to be open, it wasn't.

Loved Barmouth. Holiday home was very convenient for the town and a few minutes from local supermarket. Well maintained property with everything you need to make most of your stay.

whats not to like about it, great location, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable

    out of 10

Beautiful house and location. The house was lacking a few refinements. There was no notice board or details in the house book of the nearest Drs, Dentist, Hospital, Vets, etc. They did not list or recommend any local restaurants. Some of the equipment did not work, fire, shaver point and some of the bulbs needed changing. No alternative bedding if the weather was very warm. No hand soap in kitchen or 1 of the bathrooms also limited toilet rolls on offer. No kitchen paper towels. The attraction leaflets were also in a complete mess.
