An absolutely stunning place to stay. Lovely welcome from Jane.A delicious welcome pack of Homemade bread, eggs, butter, milk, hot chocolate, tea, coffee, sugar and a bottle of prosecco. Spotlessly clean. A very comfortable superkingsize bed .Luxurious bathroom and lounge. Everything was perfect.
Super cottage in terms of equipment and cleanliness. The owner provided a really useful welcome pack and made sure she was there to meet and greet us and also explained how to use equipment.
Bay Cottage is a little gem, situated in a picturesque village, perfect for a couple to get away from it all, but plenty of space to spread out. Very well equipped and the built in sound system added that extra something when watching a movie or listening to music. Lovely views from the conservatory and had the treat to see the deer in the field. Jane & Peter are great hosts and the welcome pack was very welcome. Definitely recommended!

A modern fully equipped cottage that surpassed all our expectations. Extremely spacious, a quiet location and a host that was second to none.
Lovely cottage in a rural location, so we knew when we booked it that shops would be a distance away and that was not a problem. Therefore not applicable to give a rating for local amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this stunning cottage.
Lovely cottage to stay in. All mod cons that you need for a break away from home and a very nice welcome pack provided by Jane. The cottage is located in a very quiet village but near enough to everything that we needed for a relaxing break. The hot tub took 3 hours to warm up to 40 degrees but this was explained by Jane when we arrived and wasn't a problem. Would definitely recommend especially if you want a home from home luxury cottage in a peaceful place.
Simply fantastic. Even better than described & host was amazing!
Fab place to stay. Very relaxing just a shame there is little to do in the local area. Jane was very attentive and the welcome was lovely.
Excellent cottage everything you need and a warm welcome also great welcome pack on arrival
Upon our arrival we were welcomed and shown around the property, this extended to a welcome pack in the kitchen including milk, bread, etc which was a nice touch. The space is modern and very well finished, very clean and comfortable, it also has plenty of items you will need in terms of towels, robes, kitchen utensils/cutlery, etc. If you're looking for some R&R, this is a great spot as it's in a very quiet village with a cows field adjacent, ideal for unwinding. It's no fault of the property but there aren't any local shops so advice would be to stock up for a few days when there. Top tip with the hot tub is to circulate the water when heating it up for an even temperature.
Bay Cottage is an exquisite little cottage that has everything you would want and more. It is set in a tranquil little village hidden away from the hustle and bustle of the world, but only a few miles away if needed. Bay Cottage has been furnished to an exceptionally high standard and is perfect for a couple looking for a romantic getaway. The hot tub is fantastic and whilst it takes a while to heat up, is well worth the wait....
We had a fantastic time staying at Bay Cottage. This is a stunning property in a lovely quiet location with plenty of space.

The owner Jane was very accommodating and friendly. The cottage was beautiful, clean and well equipped. My only disappointment was the wood fired hot tub, after following the instructions to heat it, after 3.5 hours the water was only tepid so we gave up.
Superbly appointed, everything you could possibly need and a very friendly and helpful host on hand. Definitely one to return to.
This is the best cottage we have stayed in, in terms of the high level of professional finish, and how well equipped the cottage was, with extras not included in most cottages. Although the cottage is right next to the owner's home, we had plenty of privacy and were left alone to enjoy our holiday. The owners were so nice, showing us around the property in the beginning, and leaving us with a generous welcome pack. The spa is heated with a wood burner and increases the temperature of the water by about 10 degrees an hour, so it is easy to plan when you fancy a relaxing dip. The owners keep you topped up with wood.
It is also set in a beautiful village, was quiet and secluded, and amongst beautiful countryside, within easy reach of local towns and attractions. We hope to return there again.
