It's very nice cottage with amazing location, but there is problem with parking outside. And the roofs are a little bit lower.

Lovely terraced cottage in a good location close to all of Bowness on Windermere's attractions. Very clean, well equipped kitchen, great shower and comfortable beds. A couple of things to note - there is no outside space at all at this cottage, and the upstairs bedrooms have sloping ceilings, so care is needed if you are tall!

This accommodation was in a very good location, close to activities along the lake, shops and restaurants nearby. The only problem we found was the it wasn’t very clean, floors had crumbs and dust, food found between sofa and dirty cutlery. There were no bin liners or extra toilet rolls. Plus the outside bin hadn’t been collected so it was overfilled. I would recommend this place mainly because of location. The management of this property need to make sure they check the property before new guest arrive to ensure cleaners are cleaning the property.

The cottage was perfect for our needs and had a great layout. Would definitely stay there again. Also the washer and dryer were a lifesaver.

Very good value for a spacious cottage in a great location, well equipped in a quiet area but also close to the town centre. Parking on the road is limited but plenty of space on adjacent streets. Small negative points: the bathroom fan wasn't working and we had difficulty working out the TV (no instructions).

Cottage lovely, couldn't be closer to Bowness. Only let down was parking, never able to park on street outside cottage, due to a row of B&B opposite. Everyone trying to get the handful of spaces. But we were aware of parking when booked, be prepared to park far away. Maybe a permit for council car park near cinema would be a good idea for owner to provide?

First off, this cosy little house is situated ideally in the centre of Bowness. You can either walk into the centre or catch the bus or ferry close by, no need to drive! The only bad point I have and it wouldn’t stop me going back, there is no parking and you need to ‘fight’ for a space. But as I said, it would not stop me going back. Very clean inside and well looked after. Recommended for anyone who enjoys Bowness.

Had an excellent 4night stay in Biskey Burrow. The cottage was very comfortable and met all our needs and more. We could not have asked for a better location. It was in a quiet street just round the corner from all the main amenities. The only downside was the parking but saying that we managed to get a space outside.I would definitely recommend Biskey Burrow
