We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in this very secluded lodge set amongst a pine forest. The wildlife was very interesting and we felt like we were the only ones there. Also a good base to be in as lots of beautiful places to visit not too far away. We loved Blakeney, Wells next the Sea, Wiveton Hall Cafe and Holkham, the beach is amazing.

Absolutely loved our 7day stay at Bracken Lodge; a beautiful setting for total peace and tranquility, within easy reach of stunning beaches by steam train and/or road, and plenty of freedom for woodland walks; comfortable and clean accommodation, the only slight issue was remembering to “boost” the hot water otherwise we would’ve given a straight 10/10 ?

We arrived at bracken lodge to a beautiful wooden lodge in the woods in a lovely setting.we was greeted with flowers chocolates bucksfizz and doggy treats.our grandchildren absolutely loved it and as our grandson has a learning disability instantly felt relaxed and chilled.there was everything you needed for a self catering holiday ,towels bathmats ,washing up things ,even foil for cooking, iron ,games the list is endless..we had a wonderful week and when we had been out for the day couldn't wait to get back to our holiday home.bracken cottage its setting everything was perfect for us.it was a holiday we all will never forget.and we all want to return as often as we possibly can..

Beautiful location. Lodge was adequate but a little run down, beds not very comfortable, heating was electric storage and was far, far too warm - you are advised not to turn them off, which makes for uncomfortable conditions. The lodge is up for sale and clearly needs investing in.

It was great for us and perfect for the dogs. Just needs de-cobweb as there is thick cobwebs everywhere.

The location of Bracken Lodge is stunning. The facilities were sufficient for 5 adults & 1 child. There is lots to see and do in the surrounding area - either by foot or car. We would definitely consider visiting again

Cosy and cute lodge. Lovely location in woods and a short walk to beach. Can walk straight from lodge. Close to Sheringham park and shops a short drive.
