    The house was very comfortable, clean (although the oven could do with a good clean!) and the location superb for peace and quiet. The approaching lanes though are very narrow and steep in places so in bad weather could be a problem. For us it was very difficult to find, there were no signposts. There is apparently a pub a 1/4 of a mile away but I never saw it. Lovely area for walking.

    Approach roads very narrow and steep in parts luckily very little traffic. Cottage difficult to find needs a bigger more prominent sign. Some windows leak leaving wet carpets and curtains . Middle bedroom smells damp. Not enough tea towels. Kitchen and lounge areas great and comfortable . Outside space great for sitting and for kids . Would be fabulous place with a little tlc.

    Cottage was lovely and the setting was wonderful, the lanes leading to and from the cottage need to be driven with great care as narrow and steep in parts. But well worth the end result when you got to the cottage.

    Kitchen a bit tired and not very clean. Removed black bin liner from kitchen bin bottom of bin was filthy and mouldy.kitchen window frame was rotten letting rain in running across sink unit onto floor.tv did not work from Monday antenna problem.
