The property is very well presented and has a comfortable living room, a formal dining room with views over the garden and a well-equipped kitchen. On the first floor there are four comfortable bedrooms, a double with sea view and en-suite shower room, a second double with a garden view and en-suite shower room, and a third double bedroom and twin bedroom, sharing an interconnecting door, both served by en-suite bath/shower room. Outside there is a large enclosed, walled garden with furniture, perfect for some al-fresco dining in the sunshine.
The location is perfect for a relaxing holiday with the stunning beach just a few minutes’ walk away. Nairn has a good selection of shops and pubs all within an easy walk of the house. Inverness, the Highland capital, Culloden Battlefield, the historic Fort George, Brodie and Cawdor Castles and Loch Ness are all within a short drive and well worth visiting. Take a trip along the beautiful Moray coastline with its small fishing villages and unspoilt beaches and you may catch a glimpse of the famous bottlenose dolphins. A trip along the Moray Malt Whisky Trail is highly recommended, the only one in the world! Amongst the many activities available in the area are a large variety of watersports, fishing, sea trips, mountain biking and golf, with the town boasting a championship course just a short walk from the house.
