Cottage was amazing. We received local welcome goodies when we arrived. Little touches like fresh milk and tea and coffee was there when we arrived. Plenty of games and books to read while you stay. Maps and info on local activities provided and the hot tub is also an amazing additiinal feature. The owner Barry was the best super friendly and full of information. This property is highly recommended. Like a home from home!

Very friendly welcome from Barry. Superb property. Fantastic features throughout, kitchen has everything you need. Excellent showers. Lovely lounge area with large TV and Netflix. Very tastefully decorated. Hot tub excellent with great views of Cader Idris. The only suggestion would be to replace the mattresses as very soft but this would not stop me recommending or staying again. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely week at Bryn Aled! The beautiful view changed every day depending on the weather. The house is well equipped and very comfy. The hot tub was an added bonus where we sat for many hours being serenaded by lots of different birds and star gazing! The owners Barry and Iona were very welcoming and always happy to help!

The cottage was lovely, very clean and comfortable. We loved the hot tub and log fire. Great location for Coed y Brenin. Nice walks to a lake from the house but up a steep hill, no shops, pubs or restaurants within a walking distance from the house. The house was very comfortable for a family of four however not so great for a dog. There was no grass area in the garden for the dog and no walks near the house for off lead walks. We would definitely return as a family but without our dog.
