The property is dog friendly with an enclosed garden. Titchwell is nationally known for its RSPB nature reserve. The Norfolk Coastal Path passes a quarter of a mile from the house and Brancaster beach is a 20 minute walk almost entirely off-road. Located between Hunstanton to the west and Burnham Market to the east there is plenty for the family to see and do with many good pubs and restaurants throughout the area to enjoy the nearest just 400 yards away. After a busy day exploring this beautiful part of Norfolk return and enjoy the south-facing rear garden in the summer or snuggle up in front of the wood burner on those winter evenings. Beach 1 mile.     Crinkum is a beautiful large house. Lovely decor & location. Sea view from the front & short walk to a lovely dog friendly beach. Crinkum has all the facilities you need & more..It was just the two of us & Bob the dog but would love to return with our young adult kids in the future as plenty near by and a hopper bus right outside the house if you want to venture further. Plenty of drinking establishments near by. The most important criteria for us was the garden as had problems before with security for Bob the dog. The garden was large, very private & thoroughly secure ..Lovely cake,crisps,milk & bottle of red on arrival..The owner Paul was very friendly and helpful prior to our visit. Would highly recommend :)

    Crinkum is a beautiful large 3 bedroom house. It was completely refurbished a few years ago, and the result is excellent. The large lounge and dining / kitchen are especially impressive. A huge utility room is great if you need to dry out after a walk. The house is well set back from the road with a gravel drive for parking several cars. The main coastal road runs past the property, and stops for the excellent coast hopper buses are literally right outside. The garden is large and totally private. It is well looked after and is a nice place to be. Overall this is a lovely property.

    We had a lovely holiday at this beautiful house. Crinkum had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect. Our grandchildren enjoyed the nearby RSPB visitors centre. Brancaster beach, Wells next the Sea and Holkham not to far away and make lovely days out. It was so perfect we didn’t want to leave and would certainly book Crinkum again. Perfect for our dog also and a very secure garden for her and the children to play.

    Loved the cottage and location. It was clean and newly refurbished with everything you needed. The owner was extremely helpful regarding local amenities and directions to beach etc.

    Had a wonderful time helped that the weather was outstanding. Beaches were fantastic and the dog thoroughly enjoyed their first trip to the beach. The area was stunning with lots of wildlife around. The property was ideal with everything you require would definitely recommend and hope to visit again

    Recently refurbished ,new kitchen ,bathroom, floors etc to a good standard ,very warm & comfortable but it was let down by a lack of basic essentials , no pedal bin liners,broom,brush & dustpan ,no spare toilet rolls ,no salt & pepper , no dish cloth/ J cloth , no washing up bowl , enough washing up liquid for 3 days,no tray (so no afternoon tea in the lounge by the log fire) who ever does the change over has not been trained or have a list ,we like to leave the homes we hire in the same state as we found them ,but cannot do that without the equipment being available , on the plus side plenty of crockery ,cutlery , very useful utility room & side passage (great for muddy dog/ boots) but only if you can clean the floor ,
