Nice house but it needs updating, kitchen falling apart, gate won't close, no Wi-Fi, half TV channels didn't work. Then you're expected to pay for electricity on top! Charging way too much for the quality of the cottage.

Overall good accommodation, Nice beautiful location and surroundings. However could not find any mobile signal anywhere inside or surrounding so could not even make a call. Did not had enough kitchen utilities or overall facility not up-to date, require update.

Area beautiful. Cottage delightful. Scored less due to double bed mattresses requiring replaced.

We had a good time despite the weather but you don't normally expect a heatwave in Scotland. We went prepared with wellies and coats. The garden lawned area unfortunately was not secure for dogs. The description led us to believe it was. We had to block the gate into the field with wood otherwise the dogs could have got through and chased the sheep. The only other item to mention is the Aga running on gas 24/7. A ridiculous waste of energy in these energy conscious times. The kitchen was so hot we had to have the windows open most of the time. The caretaker and her daughter are very nice helpful people. We found all the local people in Scotland very friendly. Please don't let the SNP break up the union.

Fabulous house with scenic surroundings. 10 mins drive from Inverness, within an hour of beaches and forest walks, close to Aviemore too. Wonderful relaxing holiday.

Lovely little cottage. It's perfect for peace and quiet, made to feel welcome and comfortable for needs as a base for adventure.

Lovely location. Cottage generally filthy. Advertised as having a pub within a mile but the pub is shut for 6 months of the year. No love or attention spent on the cottage in decades. Filthy light shades, plant pots outside with dead shrubs. Foisty smelling shag pile in the toilets. I had a wonderful holiday in spite of this hovel. Mainly due to having such a great family.

Great location, lovely cottage, house keeper very helpful, only gripes hade to clean kitchen surfaces and sink, silicon behind kitchen sink missing and replaced by black Molde, light switches grubby, had to bye logs for fire for first 2 days before they were delivered, electricity and logs put £80.00 pounds on the price of a 2 week stay, except for fridge washing machine-tumble driyer- and dishwasher very old. Kitchen cupboards need replacing. But apart from that it was great.

Very relaxing and peaceful holiday. The scenery nearby is outstanding. Dhuallow itself is an amazing place. The one and only drawback was the lack of internet connectivity, but that could also be classed as a great asset. Would definitely recommend Dhuallow for a complete break from the world. Loved it.

A really nice place, set in idyllic countryside. The major drawback was the lack of WiFi in a house where there is no mobile phone signal for miles around. We needed access to emails and internet search facilities while there, and had to travel miles to get a signal. The second bugbear was to be lured in by a “pets welcome” policy, only to find there is a list of rules at the property which our dogs are not used to. What should have been a relaxing stay was spent making sure the dogs stayed in designated areas.

Loved staying at Dhuallow and the fact we can bring our dogs just adds joy to the holiday. Loads of fantastic places to visit all within a few hours drive.
