Dylasau cottage is in a rural location but this adds to the experience, there’s a river at the bottom of the valley which can be viewed from the front facing windows. To the side there is a stream flowing down to the river, fantastic noise from both features. The cottage is well appointed, modernised tastefully without spoiling the cottage “feel”, when we arrived it was very clean and nice and warm, very welcoming on a wet arrival day. The pool table in the outer room was perfect for keeping the family occupied during the recent storms. Betws Y Coed is only a few minutes drive away providing all the usual amenities associated with a small town. Overall we were very pleased with our decision to stay here, we forgot towels to dry our dogs, Tom came to the rescue and quickly dropped two off.

A lovely cottage, felt like it was on its own with no one to disturb you, but only 1 minute off a main road. (You can’t hear or see the road!) Lovely retreat from a long days walking or sightseeing! Lovely enclosed garden so could let the dog out without worrying about him getting on to roads. (Good utility room to clean him off/ get boots and coats off before coming back in to the house!) Will definitely be telling all friends about it!

A wonderful cottage in a great location with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The hosts are on hand if required, but not overbearing and we loved our 2 week break.

Great, peaceful location. Well worth the money. Great decor, comfy beds & lounge furniture. Only slight issue was not knowing when to put the bin out!

We stayed at the cottage for a week with our two chihuahua dogs. The garden was great for the dogs, and more importantly - secure (even for 2 little escape artists). The cottage was warm and cosy and in a great location...just two mins off the A5, yet it felt like it was in the middle of nowhere which was perfect for us! The games room was fun...I particularly liked the pool table. The cottage had everything we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dylasau.

Lovely cottage, well equiped and in a great area with lots to do and see . The cottage was very clean and comfortable. The free pass to the local leisure centre was a nice touch as the weather wasn't too good , so we made use of the facilties which were brilliant. The games room was enjoyable too.
