A very comfortable property, spacious and well-equipped. Lovely position overlooking the village. We particularly enjoyed relaxing in the conservatory after a day out, looking down the garden and out towards Pendle Hill, gin and tonic in hand with the sun beating down. Perfect! The beautiful flowers and a very comprehensive selection of goodies was also very much appreciated on our arrival.

Lovely welcome pack from our excellent host who checked we had everything we needed. Beautiful views from the spacious conservatory where we enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea with everything we needed supplied in the welcome pack. Lovely spacious bungalow with lots of room for two small children to spread out and play. Children's play park at the bottom of the garden was also a great hit and they enjoyed playing pooh sticks on the bridges over the stream. Only negative was the way our satnav chose to take us. We only found the better road on our 4th day!! Overall a lovely place to spend a family holiday all together. Our grandson keeps asking when we can go back again!!

Lovely bungalow in a beautiful area. Could do with stocking the kitchen with more cups/pans. The bungalow would be better with wood flooring as carpets very dirty. We cleaned the sofas before we sat on them, they were black with muck. Enjoyable stay

Love this cottage as it’s just the peace and quiet that I need, along with being able to take my dog. Would recommend it to anyone who wants to get away from it all.

Fantastic accommodation. We had a great weekend relaxing at Fairfield celebrating mum's 90th birthday. Very spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped. Lovely extras including fresh flowers and a variety of food treats. Nothing was too much trouble for Ruth who popped over to check everything was ok. Hope to return to explore the area more fully and climb Pendle Hill.
