Central island breakfast bar with stool seating. \n\nUtility room\n Off the kitchen with freezer washing machine and dryer. \n\nCloakroom\n with WC and hand basin. \n\n \nFirst Floor \n\n\nBedroom 1 \nWith king size bed and en-suite with shower cubicle hand basin and WC. \n\nBedroom 2\n With twin beds and en-suite with mixer shower over bath hand basin and WC.\n\n \n\n \n\n \n\nGas central heating electricity bed linen towels and Wi-Fi included. \n\n Shared patio with furniture. On road parking. Visit England 3 Star. Please note Due to the steepness of the staircases we feel this property is not suitable for the elderly or infirm. Although this is a non pet property it is not suitable for people with allergies as the owner takes their own pet.\n\n Grange-Over-Sands and surrounding districts are a delightful area of the south Lakes offering an interesting selection of historic seaside resorts and quaint rural villages. Grange is an elegant town with a long sweeping promenade fronting the Bay lined with antique and collectors shops and cafes. Cartmel famous for it’s Priory and race meetings is well worth a visit if only to sample the local sticky toffee pudding. Allithwaite is a short drive from both Grange and Cartmel and is only about seven miles from the southern tip of Lake Windermere with easy access to the higher fells. Fairview an end terrace cottage has been completely renovated to provide exceptional levels of comfort. The accommodation is set out over three floors. The enclosed garden is reached from the lower ground floor just the spot to enjoy eating ’al fresco’ in the warm summer months.     Very good, nice pub and small local shop, Higgisons butchers in Grange is very good, you do need a car though
