Fig Cottage did not disappoint, full of character and charm. A tranquil place to unwind and gather ones thoughts and an ideal location for walking. We did not need to travel far to venture along parts of the North Downs Way (and Pilgrim Way) glimpsing our first sight of Canterbury Cathedral from Kings Wood. Well worth visiting the village church especially if you bump into Oliver who will take great joy in telling you all about the history of the church. Hester made sure we had everything we needed leaving a super welcome pack at the cottage of wine, bread, butter, milk and delicious duck eggs. The cottage was very cosy and comfortable. We appreciated the quality furnishings, bright white bed linen and clean soft towels making all in all a super week's holiday.

Another great holiday at Fig Cottage, thank you :-) one of the most comfortable and well equipped cottages my husband and I stay at on our holidays in the UK. We had the honour of trying some of the family Rose wine and it was delicious. Crisp and fruity so can't wait to try the Fizz :-) See you soon x

We stayed early November as a couple with our daughter joining us for a couple of days and had a fabulous break. The cottage is extremely comfortable, in a stunning location and the owner couldn't be nicer. Perfect.

An amazing cottage, well kitted out and immaculately clean. The owner has really thought of everything at this cottage and is available should you need anything different. The welcome pack was very generous, filled with local produce. We will definitely be back

Beautiful cottage in the perfect location to get around Kent. Welcome pack was beyond our expectations and Hester was lovely. Tigger the cat visited us and he was lovely too. Would love to return as so much more to do. Photos do not do it justice!

Well appointed cottage in a quiet country location. It exceeded it's description. Wonderful attention to detail plus very thoughtful extras, quite unexpected. A very special place.

A very enjoyable stay in a cottage that has everything you want and of very good quality with a very warm welcome from the owner and lovely welcome gifts. We have stayed in numerous cottages in lots of locations and this is best one so far.

A hidden gem, the photos don't do Fig Cottage any justice. If you're looking for a peaceful and tranquil location this is ideal. The cottage is ideal for a couple as well as a young family of four, Hester and Paul were lovely friendly hosts. You're are 20 minutes from Ashford town centre and 10 minutes to a supermarket.

Beautiful barn conversion in a lovely quiet setting. Very warm welcome from the owners and lots of delicious things in the welcome pack. Thankyou. Enjoyed waking up to the cockerels and the visits from Tigger.
