We absolutely loved our stay. Although weather was not brilliant we had a great time at their cottage. Loved seeing the wildlife as you walk out the door. The owners are lovely and friendly. The cottage contains everything you need and more! Lots of added extras. Dog friendly with a lovely garden seating area. Super clean. Comfy beds. Very spacious. Will be staying again.

We had a lovely week at Foston Grange. The cottage was spotless and had everything you could possibly need. A lovely touch from Caroline was the tea basket plus a pint of milk, 6 freshly laid eggs and a freshly baked delicious lemon drizzle cake. We were also left discount vouchers for nearby attractions, which was a nice touch. We were a family of five and all of us were happy there. We all said we'd love to go back and stay again. The setting is really peaceful. The most noise you are likely to get is from the birds singing in the morning. We loved it being so dark in the night - quite a novelty for town dwellers like us! We left the curtains open at bedtime and woke to beautiful rolling countryside every morning. I gave a low score for local facilities because you do have to drive for about 10 mins to get to a shop. There was nothing in Foston itself. That wasn't important to us as we loved everything about our stay.

Fantastic cottage, very clean and tidy and very quite. Situated on a working farm but there is no noise from farm vehicles. We will be booking again in the very near future.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and for us we feel very much at home in the Cottage and it’s lovely surroundings! Caroline and Sam are the most genuine and accommodating people you could wish for as owners, in our time of need they went above and beyond what you would normally expect and I hope they know how grateful we are to them! If not I will just remind them when we visit again having booked up for Spring! If you haven’t been here before and like open space, lovely views and comfortable surroundings then I would recommend this place!
