The nearby village of Lamlash provides safe anchorage for visiting yachts and the pier is a hub of activity. For a unique experience, take a small ferry over to the Holy Isle and you will discover a friendly Buddhist community, where animals roam freely, including Saanen goats and Eriskay ponies. Lamlash Bay also offers sea kayaking and powerboat trips, so you can explore the bay at your own pace.
Wildlife is in abundance throughout the island, including sunbathing seals, red deer and red squirrels, and you can take a boat trip to see minke whales, dolphins, and porpoises.
