Had the best time, very relaxing and a truly beautiful house in a stunning location. The owner was very helpful and I would definitely come back for a visit. I had 9 people come down and stay at different times throughout the week and they were all very impressed 😀

We had a great holiday staying at Henry Oscar house. Every thing about the house, hot tub, views and the cleanliness of the house where outstanding. We have stayed in a fair few holiday homes in the southeast and I think this rates as the best. Will definitely rebook for next year so highly recommend. Many thanks to Bill, Mrs Bill and the cleaners.

The views from the terrace and balconies were beautiful and the wildlife (rabbits, weasel, many birds and sheep) was a real pleasure to watch. The house was very well appointed, there was everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Winchelsea is chocolate box perfect!

We had a great week at Henry Oscar House. The owner was really helpful and left us a lovely welcome basket. The kitchen was well equipped and the range provided flexible cooking options. The downstairs living area is open plan and there are floor to ceiling windows that open onto the patio on both sides. This was great and allowed us to enjoy the stunning views of the countryside. The hot tub was an added bonus and it was really nice to relax and take in the views. The power showers were good and having a downstairs wet room was really useful. We would definitely go back. The bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of wardrope space. The WiFi connection was excellent which kept our teenagers happy. It is a short drive or 30 minute walk to Winchelsea Beach where the kids were able to enjoy the beach and sea. Rye and Hastings are also within easy reach and have lots of things to do for all age groups. There was some slight noise from the A259 but that's to be expected on a bank holiday weekend and was only noticeable from the garden.

Loved our stay, this is a fabulous house, with a very well thought out layout and amenities. The outlook was wonderful with walking from the door. A 5 min walk up the hill across the field to Winchelsea where there is a good pub (New Inn), small shop and a bus to Rye/Hastings. We were there in the wind and rain but imagined how lovely it would be to be there in better weather with the large patio, and balconies. Also fantastic that such a luxurious property allows dogs - we appreciate that.

This is a beautiful house, we had a lovely week. In the countryside but off a main road so easy to get to Hastings or Rye very quickly. The house is relaxing and peaceful, after a long walk you can relax in the hot tub.

Such a wonderful house with stunning views. The house has everything you could want for a fantastic break away. Cannot reccommend this property enough.

Exceptional. Very well equipped, high standards throughout. Amazing views from hot tub and balcony. Fabulous log burner not that it is needed, the house is very warm. Lovely by fold doors. Even towels provided for the hot tub. We have had the most fantastic holiday. The owner is very friendly. Here for a 60th birthday, lovely touches of birthday banners, a cake and bottle of bubbly. Truly magnificent home. I would rate everything 10 plus.
