Arrived on the Saturday to be met by the owner, Heather. Lovely lady, down to earth and a joy to talk to. Hersedd Barn itself is a beautifully rebuilt barn. Lots of room downstairs and 3 wonderful bedrooms upstairs. Also a sof bed in the games room if needed!! Everything you need for a stay is provided, all you need is supplies to see you through! We absolutely loved our stay here and would love to come back sometime in the future! Beautiful, quiet place with fantastic views, a wonderful host and ideally situated to visit in and around North Wales and area!

This was our 5th staycation at Hersedd Barns, each one has been a pleasure and most enjoyable. We are always made welcome and the accommodation provides a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. The surrounding area has many walks which is our main pursuit during our stay, from easy to challenging most within 30 mins. This time we tried some walks (Rhewl, Moel Famau) which we hadn't tried before, both of which were very enjoyable. Although we preferred to eat at home the restaurants and pubs in the local are excellent, we did try the Fat Boar in Mold and can recommend the atmosphere and food as excellent value for money. Overall another excellent break and we will be back in 2019 god willing.

Heather was a great host, very welcoming and helpful with advise about where to go. She was keen to have feedback from us after our stay where we shared with her a couple of niggles which she took on board and was very apologetic and assured us that it would get sorted. Beautiful views from the property and so peaceful. Very dog friendly with lots of walks on the doorstep. Would definitely go back
