The ground floor hosts two beautifully appointed bedrooms and a family bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. On the first floor is a king-size bedroom with vaulted ceilings and an en-suite bathroom featuring an inviting bath, allowing you to soak away the day’s adventures. Outside, a decked terrace invites al fresco dining, extending down to a lawned area with fruit trees and a peaceful seating area, offering the perfect setting for relaxation and play.

Nearby you can visit Cragside House, the home of Lord Armstrong on the outskirts of the town, a beautiful National Trust visitors’ site and walkers can visit the Simonside Hills for exhilarating rambles. Cyclists will appreciate the proximity of the Sandstone trail stretching from the Scottish borders to the Peak District, with convenient bike storage available back at Highbury. Rothbury is ideally located for exploring the nearby villages, set on the edge of the National Park with easy access over to the Northumberland Heritage Coast (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty).
