Comfortable it is well equipped with grounds comprising extensive terracing south-facing sitting-out areas and exclusive use of an\n \nall-weather hard\n \ntennis court and an outdoor heated\n \nswimming pool as well as a full-size pool table.\nPerfectly placed for exploring the Cotswolds and its many delights it is within easy reach of Stratford-upon-Avon. A town brimming with half-timbered buildings there are many interesting sights associated with Shakespeare to be seen the Holy Trinity Church and the Bard’s last resting place Guild Chapel Hall’s Croft and New Place all make for interesting visits as does Royal Shakespeare Theatre and the adjoining Swan Theatre. New Inn House is also ideal for visiting Cheltenham and the Gustav Holst Museum Evesham – reputedly Lady Godiva’s site of burial and Tewkesbury. In addition to the many historic Cotswold villages and towns the surrounding countryside is excellent terrain for walking a climb to the summit of the Worcestershire Beacons affords marvellous views of lush green Hereford and the flat expanses of the Severn Valley.     Fantastic facilities with a lovely (warm) swimming pool the highlight. Loads of room, huge grounds and expansive views towards the Cotswolds. Welcoming hosts, and a great place for a break

    A very warm welcome and a beautifully clean and spacious house. We were a bit concerned about it being next door to the owners but we never saw or heard them. We have already booked again for next year.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this spacious and well equipped house. The swimming pool was a hit with the younger members of the party as were the trampoline and play equipment in the extensive grounds. The pool was clean and well maintained. It was kept warm enough (28 deg C) so that everyone could enjoy it, without fear of 'freezing'! Because there was so much to keep the children occupied, we didn't leave the house much. There are, however, many attractions not far away. We would recommend 'All Things Wild' and a visit to Hiller's Farm Shop, about a mile up the road, is a must. The owners, who live next door, were very friendly, helpful and not at all intrusive. The only small niggle was the requirement to pay for fuel (presumably for pool heating) and electricity separately. Electricity was by meter reading and seemed excessively expensive. We would have much preferred it had these costs been included in the letting price. Our time in New Inn House was a memorable success and we wholeheartedly recommend it as a great place to stay.
