Really lovely little cottage near the park and great location for exploring the high peaks. Glossop is great town with train station nearby. the cottage was well equipped, and very cosy and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Lovely cottage, nice and warm and cosy. A few more crocks would have been nice but otherwise a nice stay.

Absolutely fantastic. Like a home from home. Didn't need to bring anything but food. Excellent location with lots to do nearby, plenty of great walks, kids park, supermarkets nearby, some fantastic pubs, restaurants and takeaways. No matter what you want to do it all seems to be nearby and even some retail therapy isnt too far with cheshire oaks designer outlet only being a 45 minute drive away

We had a nice long weekend in Park View Cottage. The cottage itself is quite nice, however probably better suited to a family with a child (our 'child' is 19 and the single bedroom was tiny, no furniture to unpack her clothes etc). The dining table is also a bit small for 3 adults, and the kitchen equipment wasn't clean. The cottage is also on a fairly busy road, we couldn't always park right outside (not so easy with two dogs, walking gear etc to carry) However, we did have a nice stay. The owner was very friendly, Glossop is a nice place, with plenty of amenities nearby and you're only a short drive from some really beautiful views in Snake Pass, and 30 minutes from Manchester (we went to a concert at the arena so the cottage was ideal for making a weekend of it).

Lovely cottage. Convienient for all ammenities. Plenty to do around Glossop .Jane the owner is very pleasant and left a nice welcome pack. The cottage had some lovely homely touches, felt it was home from home . Hope to go back.

Lovely cottage opposite a large park which is a great starting point for a walk with the dogs. There is a convenience store nearby and a Tesco about 20 minutes walk away. There are good pubs in both directions, we particularly enjoyed the Commercial. Further afield, there are plenty of walks surrounding Glossop. The enclosed garden is perfect for those with dogs. My only criticisms are that the shower is quite weak and if you like to do your own cooking the pan selection leaves a little to be desired. Neither enough to put me off though, the owner was friendly and the cottage overall was great, we would definitely visit again.

Excellent holiday cottage with everything we could have asked for.

One of the best holidays we've taken. The cottage and the manor park were perfect. Couldn't have asked for anything else! Thank you! X

I would come back here again. Only downfall is can only book 3 nights minimum Which I can understand in a way. .

The little back garden was well-maintained compared to other cottages we have stayed in.
