This is a beautiful home, with the living room on the first floor there are doors leading to the balcony which offers breathtaking views across the bustling harbour. You can see owners working on their boats and observe the boats leaving the harbour and into the deeper waters. Also upstairs in the property is a light and spacious kingsize bedroom with an en-suite shower and a walk in wardrobe. Downstairs there is a twin bedroom, a double bedroom and the family bathroom with a shower over the bath. There is a well equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal to enjoy together, next door is a dining room with doors leading out onto the enclosed patio area with garden furniture and a barbecue. There is parking for two cars on the driveway next to the property.
There is plenty to do nearby to suit all guests. The nearest beach is Sandbanks, known for its pristine beaches with fine golden sand and clear waters. Poole is within walking distance and there are frequent events, independent bars and you can walk along the bustling harbour. You can get a boat from Poole to Brownsea Island, a National Trust site with an abundance of wildlife including deer and red squirrel. The Castleman Trailway is nearby and is perfect for walkers and cyclists of all ages.
Close by is the charming town of Wimborne which is a lively market town with plenty of local and national stores, excellent cafés, pubs and restaurants, and the minster and model town. You can get the ferry across to The Purbecks which is home to the village of Corfe Castle, a traditional English village with the ruins of a 1000-year old castle, a National Trust site which is well worth a visit. From Corfe Castle you can get the steam train to the seaside town of Swanage and enjoy some fish and chips on the beach or an ice cream. Studland is a beautiful area. In Studland there is plenty of opportunity for bird watching at Arne and there is a nature reserve, as well as the beaches to enjoy. Other things to do nearby include Upton Country Park, Monkey World, Bovington Tank Museum, The Blue Pool, golf courses and horse riding.
