Great holiday cottage in a fantastic location with amazing views. Close to stunning beaches, within easy reach of Snowdonia and a perfect base for exploring the Lleyn peninsula. Family loved having donkeys right next to the cottage. Tucked away at the end of a track away from the other buildings on the farm it is the ideal place to unwind at the end of a busy day. The owners are friendly and welcoming without ever being intrusive. Porthmadog with large choice of shops is a short drive away. Some of the local lanes are very narrow and can be a little daunting, but you soon get used to them. Worth taking an airer/clothes horse for drying those items that can't be tumbled, otherwise well equipped. We are definitely considering going back next year.

Excellent off the beaten track cottage. Probably the best view of the three available cottages. Cafe 1/2 mile away. Local village beach bar in Criccieth and supermarkets close by in Porthmadog. Unbelievable week. We will be back

This is the second time we have stayed in the Granary and I don’t think it will be the last! Most amazing scenery, very cosy and comfortable cottage with all amenities. Plenty of places to go locally and further afield, lots for kids to do and lovely places to eat. Would highly recommend this place

Lovely cottage with fab views rebooked for March. Owners friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend. Only comment I would make is that the back garden fencing could do with filling in as the gaps between the cross rails are too wide apart and the 4ft drop is a bit dangerous for small children and dogs, my tiny Yorkie fell, fortunately she was ok after a few days but could easily have broken her neck. Perhaps some chicken wire would solve the problem.
