The sleek shower room offers ‘his and hers’ sinks on the first floor, and there is a toilet on the ground floor. Cooking and washing facilities, as well as a breakfast bar, can be found on the ground floor garage area, and there is ample space for storing bikes or other sports equipment too. The ground floor level is not climatized for the winter period, however there are two fix radiators and another two infra-red heaters to remediate the low temperature days.
