A very comfortable home from home, Sally was a great host, very approachable, knowledgeable and helpful. Ideally situated for visiting Edward 1st “Ring of Iron” Castles.

A real home away from home. We had a wonderful week here. Beautiful setting right next to a little river in the middle of woodland. We saw lots of nature including a heron. Accommodation is new and well designed, the beds were so comfy. Kitchen well equipped with a Coop just down the road and a bigger Tesco/Morrison’s in Caernarfon. We had 2 small kids (6 and 2) so we were wary of the steep drop to the side of the garden into the river. We knew that this was a feature before we booked so it wasn’t a surprise, we just kept a close eye on them and didn’t let them down to the bottom garden. But one to be aware of if you have young children. There was so much to do in the local area from stunning beaches, walks and pretty villages to explore (we ate a lot of ice cream!). We’ll definitely be coming back. Thanks Sally for being such a fab host.

Lovely stay, great hosts with 2 beautiful dogs. Dog welcome gifts were a nice touch and much enjoyed by my 11yr old lab. Looking forward to return visits and exploring more of Wales.

This is a lovely apartment in an amazing situation. North Wales is wonderful for the mountains, beaches and castle but seems rather run-down.we did not see anywhere interesting to eat out or shop Regarding the apartment, my only negative feelings were 1. No dishwasher and inadequate drainage facities. If I has read the description carefully I would have realised ther was no dishwasher, but as I have never stayed in a holiday cottage without one, I did not.A washing machine was provided which I doubt if anyone uses for a week's stay. 2. Long, awkward walk from the parking space. It was mentioned in the details that this was at end of the lane but I did not appreciate it would be quite such a steep slope! All in all, its a nice apartment but I guess I need to read the particulars more carefully in future bookings

Idyllic location in stunning contemporary cottage, we loved the walks and beaches such a pretty peaceful spot - definitely returning as so much to see and do. Nice location being so close to Snowdonia too. Perfect quiet retreat, the dogs loved it as much as we did :)

A real gem! Great hosts and the accommodation was superb, even our dog Fizz, got her own special welcome! The area around the Mill is very picturesque with lots of walks, places to visit and plenty of shops for all our needs. Everything we needed was there in the apartment apart from food (obviously, as it is a self catering apartment.) We didn’t want to leave and will most certainly be back!

An excellent & peaceful "hide-away" with a central location for exploring the North Wales coast and Snowdonia National Park. Very welcoming owners. Very warm and comfortable. Well equiped throughout. I cannot recommend this property strongly enough. I will be returning soon.
