Be sure to visit the nearby village of Haworth, home of the famous Brontë sisters and the inspiration for many of their famous novels; Haworth is an undisputed literary mecca, attracting visitors from all around the world. With its historic cobbled Main Street, iconic Bronte Parsonage and rolling moors, the picturesque proportions of this Airedale village exude a vintage charm that makes you feel you’ve stepped into another era. There are also a wide variety of quaint eateries and pubs for refuelling before leaving the village and exploring the lonely moors beyond where the Brontë sisters found their inspiration. Further afield, such gems as Malham Cove, Ingleton Waterfalls, or the bustling market town of Skipton await and are sure not to disappoint.
