Is there a freezer in the accommodation?
Yes, every lodge apart from the Norland lodge and Delford Suite has a freezer.
Can we use a BBQ on park?
Yes, guests are more than welcome to use disposable BBQ€™s on the site, however it is required to hire a BBQ rack from reception for a small charge in order to protect the decking & furnishings.
Can I arrange a shopping delivery to the park?
Guests are more than welcome to arrange a food delivery to be sent to the site. Delivery slots must be chosen after 4pm on the day of arrival and if possible, booked in the same name as the lodge booking so the delivery driver can be sent to the correct lodge.
Is the decking area enclosed?
Yes, pet friendly lodges all have gates on the decking.
Do you provide cots and highchairs in the accommodation?
You can hire a cot or highchair priced at £15 each by adding this to your booking. We also provide bed guards for young children free of charge.
Can I park next to the accommodation?
Yes, all lodges have one parking space next to the lodge. If you have more than one car, this can be parked in the visitor parking section or in the main site car park.
Is there a shop on park?
No, there is not a shop on-site however the nearest local convenience store is around ten minutes walk away.
Are dogs allowed in the facilities? (Bar, restaurant, reception etc.)
Pets are welcome in the bar, but not the restaurant.
Do I need to tell the park I am bringing my pet?
Yes, if you do intend to bring a pet, you will need to select a pet using the pet filter on booking as the resort must be made aware of this in advance.
Can I bring a cot bed with me?
You are of course welcome to bring a cot bed along with you, however, please note that we are NOT allowed to provide any mattresses or bedding in cots under any circumstances, and that some accommodation types do not have the space inside the bedrooms to fit a cot bed.
