New for 2026, the Heron Retreats are perched on the peaceful hillside at Clawford Lakes, offering a quirky yet stylish escape with sweeping views across the valley and lakes below. Set within a secluded area with your very own parking space, these retreats are ideal for families or small groups looking to relax, reconnect and enjoy a little adventure.
Inside, the bright open-plan living space has been thoughtfully designed for comfort and easy living. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size oven, four-burner hob, integrated microwave, slim-line dishwasher, under-counter fridge and all the utensils you could need for your getaway. The ground floor includes a cosy lounge with sofa bed, a shower room and a king bedroom, while the mezzanine level offers a fun twin room with two 2ft6 beds – the perfect hideaway for younger guests. In total, the Heron Retreat sleeps up to five guests (2 adults, 3 children).
Step outside onto your covered private decking where an alfresco dining set and your very own bubbling hot tub in the enclosed garden of your retreat awaits. It’s the ideal spot to unwind, stargaze and soak up those beautiful lake and hillside views, whatever the weather.
