With sheep grazing close by, its setting is quiet, yet well placed for visiting the village’s pier and harbour, playing a round of golf on the 9-hole course, and exploring the beauty of the surrounding area. Ideal base for hill walking. Swimming pool and Inverewe Tropical Gardens at Poolewe, 6 miles. Shops and pub approximately 500 yards.

    We love this house and Gairloch. There is no wifi which means a real break from it all. We will be back!

    This is a wonderful holiday house with the most beautiful views. We just loved sitting in the porch and seeing the gannets diving into the sea. The house is very well equipped and we were really comfortable.

    Our 11th visit to this cottage, so yes we like it. Nothing is too much trouble for the owner Angie to sort if necessary. The location and the cleanliness is the best we have ever stopped in that is why we go back every year and already booked for next year. The time of year we go a lot of the amenities are not available/not open. We like it quiet. There is a good butchers and a local shop that does lovely batches, sandwiches and cakes called Crumbs. There is a visitors centre that is also very helpful if it is your first visit and also does coffee and cake which we can recommend. This is where you can also get Wi fi as this is the only thing Ach -Na- Clachan does not have. May be next year this might change.
