    Wow what a beautiful and peaceful location , the cottage was perfect , lovely and warm when we arrived , the wildlife on the doorstep and the walks amazing , would definitely recommend ACHD we will be returning .

    Just what we were looking for and far better than the average cottage in NW Scotland. Local amenities consist of endless hill walking and wonderful beaches. The local store is very good considering the location.

    Entrance now such that before long only a 4/4 will get up that drive and difficult negotiating the gate with low sitting car. Gate left open so sheep poo all over front of garden of the house.Sheep also scale the low fence. However s really lovely spot and ideal for our requirements . Everything else with the cottage was fine .i think if I’d had small children with me I’d have been annoyed at the mess the sheep leave in the garden. We always shut the inner gate but sheep usually around when we returned from an outing.
