Excellent location & base to explore Bridlington & all the surrounding areas. A short walk to the town & beeches either side of the harbour. The fencing wasn’t secure enough for us to let our small terrier dog out on his own so we had to walk him out on his lead. It was also a concern that the rear gardens have shared access so again I wouldn’t have let our dog out without watching him all of the time in case a neighbour entered! Very clean & comfortable, very comfortable bed and good powerful shower over bath, everything to hand, although a couple of pint glasses wouldn’t go a miss ?

Great base for a seaside holiday. Very well equipped and in an excellent location. The attic room is great for the kids to play in, whilst the yard and garden are great for the dog. Parking space is a bonus in central Bridlington.

Had a great time. The cottage is lovely and very well equipped. The beds are comfortable and bathroom so clean. The garden was perfect and enclosed which is important to us as we have a small Papillon dog (11" tall) who loves to explore a garden and its spaces. Neighbours on both sides friendly. The harbour is just at the end of the road and the sandy south beach was so nice for dog walks although we were not staying in season so dogs were allowed on the beach. The only downside for us was the parking. The off road parking to the front is ample size it is just tight getting onto the space when there are large vehicles parked opposite. I imagine with a bit of practice (or a reverse camera) this is not a problem. There is a permit available from the owners to park on street but after a couple of times you get the hang of it. We did have a chance to speak to the owners who were so helpful and friendly. Hopefully will be booking again for next year but for a longer stay.
