Excellent location with all amenities within walking distance. We had no problems with parking during the Easter holidays, always a space outside the property. We had 6 adults in the cottage, 2 parents and 4 young adult children, there was plenty of room and the kids appreciated the playstation, sky tv and dvd player. We did also enjoy the back garden towards the end of the week which was a sun trap. Kitchen very well equipped so we were easily able to cater for ourselves. Property is as good as it looks in the photos and the owner was very attentive checking everything was ok via text. Having two bathrooms and an additional toilet was useful. We would have liked either a foot stool or some additional seating in the front lounge as we found there wasn't quite enough seating for us to all sit in the lounge together in the evening; we just took through a couple of kitchen chairs so we could all be together when we wanted to watch a movie or play a game. Would highly recommend this cottage, would be particularly good for two generations or two families sharing the property.

An excellent well equipped house. Great furnishings and comfortable beds.

A beautifully furnished and extremely well equipped property within easy walking distance of both the beach, restaurants etc and shops.

A very well appointed holiday home in a superb location. Owners have thought of everything you could possibly need for a family holiday home, and it was tastefully decorated too. Only disadvantage with this property is the parking, as there is very rarely a parking space outside property due to other residents in the street, admittedly there is a public car park nearby (300 yards) which we used and the weekly tariff was £28 which is quite reasonable.

Our family have recently returned from a wonderful week at Amelia House, Aug'18. The house design was perfect for our family consisting of 2 couples, a single adult, and two children aged 2 and 5. A lovely welcome in a fantastically located, well equipped home. From stairgates to board games and cleaning products, we really couldnt have asked for much more. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend and would look forward to visiting again.
