Formerly a gentlemen’s residence, it boasts plenty of character, including a wood-burning stove, contemporary style en-suite bathroom and open plan farmhouse-style kitchen, with its very own Aga for home cooking. For kids and family entertainment, there is a large games room with a pool table, table tennis, dartboard and TV, a great distraction in inclement weather. Outside, enjoy the wooden verandah with BBQ facilities overlooking the landscaped garden which also has a lovely hot tub, where you can unwind after spending days out exploring the area. The quirky harbour towns of Aberaeron, Aberystwyth and Newquay offer traditional Welsh pubs, stylish restaurants and sandy beaches, where dolphins and porpoises are often spotted on a clear day. To the north are the famous slopes of Snowdon, offering breathtaking views with abundance of walks amidst the tumbling waterfalls, shimmering lakes with buzzards and peregrine falcons soaring high. The area is a natural playground for ramblers, mountain bikers and climbers alike. Beach 500 yards. Shop and pub 100 yards.

The pictures don't do the house justice. What a beautiful home and also host Rosemary, who was accommodating to all our requests. We had a fabulous 60th birthday celebrations with family and friends. The house was amazing, beautiful decorated throughout. Wonderful games room, where we had lots of fun. The kitchen had everything that you could have wanted and much more. Bedrooms were beautiful and comfy beds too. Hottub was amazing. Weather wasn't the best Friday or Sunday but we made the most of our stay. The Feathers pub up road literally 2 minutes away the food was lovely and the staff very accommodating. I would recommend this home to anyone so close to town literally 5mins walk. We will be back again for another visit for definitely. Treasured memories with family and friends for my 60th in thus beautiful home 🏡 💕

Beautiful house so spacious, the games room and laundry room where fantastic for a big family. The road at front of house is busy the tankers go past alot from 4am waking me up when sleep in front rooms hear it more. That can't be helped if want the pub and shops close by which they are chippy 2 mins away pub even closer. Park end of road and the beach is 10 mins walk made up of rocks and building work unfortunately bad timing there doing the harbour up so alot of noise. Be nice when completed. The costcutter shop is good and value for money the ice cream shop and lego shop are a must to visit with kids. Overall the house and location are fantastic we would go again just don't pick a front bedroom if a light sleeper 😉 the hot tub is brilliant teenagers enjoyed the variety of darts ping pong and pool. New quay beach was 15 mins away drive good day out.
