The Hathersage open air swimming pool is a great destination in the warmer months and children will love splashing and playing in the water. From the doorstep plenty of walks can be enjoyed and the local pub is within walking distance for those in search of some refreshment.     A lovely cottage in a nice village. There are two local pubs which do very nice food and a community shop which sells some essentials. We were lucky in that we went the first week with reasonable weather which was also last week before the lockdown. We will probably be back once the lockdown ends.
