Had another lovely holiday at Beachcomber Cottage. Great location, peaceful yet lots of facilities nearby and a good base for exploring Cornwall. The cottage itself is spotless and has everything you could ask for for a really enjoyable break.

The cottage is well equiped & has a nice position just outside Marizon. There is ample parking at the property. It is a mid terrace house. The balcony does have a side view of St Michaels Mount, but this is over the adjoining balcony & it is overlooked by 3 others directly. We were notified 2 days before travelling ( for the May half term week) that building work was taking place to neighbouring house- to their kitchen with a cement mixer. We were offered to cancel or take £100 compensation from owner. Hobsons choice in that week. The adjoining house was obviously having long term building work & we were unable to be in during the final days due to chipping of render & noisy rerendering to whole house. We made the best of this (& chatted with the builders from the hot tub!). Not really the relaxing break we thought we had booked.

Lovely cottage in a beautiful location. Very near beaches, walks and shops. Would certainly recommend this cottage.

I can not fault it one bit! We had an amazing time, my puppy absolutely loved the walks around all the different beaches. The rooms were all clean and very comfortable. We made great use of the hot tub. We will definitley be coming back!!

Overall we were very happy, just dissapointed that when using the hot tub at 7.30pm Friday night the neighbours continuously complained and made us feel very uncomfortable to the point we didn't use it for the rest of our stay, Only 2 toilet rolls between 4 adults for our stay isn't enough, also and not your fault a lot of things had closed or closed early and haven't updated signs or websites lands end, godolphin, to name 2.

Very pleased with our choice. The dog loved Cornwall beaches so much.

Beautiful cottage with sea views and lovely grounds. Hot tub was very nice and relaxing, a quiet and peaceful location, everything thought of right down to really comfy beds, didn't want to leave.

A wonderful place to stay, so clean & fresh with great features. The Cornish cream tea on arrival was a great touch. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or stay there again.

Great location, and a well-equipped cottage. However, the cleanliness was not up to standard considering the cost of this cottage. In particular, the front entrance to the cottage looked in need of cleaning and painting, and all windows were dirty, many with cobwebs and mould. Skirting boards and the floor at the side of bedside tables were filthy with dust and dog hair. There is no wi-fi even though it is still being advertised on the website, the spa bath didn’t appear to work, and we had to call the owner as there was no hot water on our first evening. I know the spiral staircase was clearly stated on the advert, but having now seen it, I would question how dog-friendly the property is. Some nice features, but not the high standard as advertised.
