    Brilliant apartment, very well furnished and presented. Great location, plus it has the bonus of a dedicated parking space. The only word of caution would be about the hill back up from Bowness. Only book this apartment if you are reasonably fit, or you are prepared to take the car every time you go out, as the gradient at the start of Helm Road is likely to be a problem for anyone with mobility issues. Perfect accommodation (nearly):-)

    The inventory for kitchen equipment is not up to date, for instance there were not as many plates and bowls as the inventory states, and there were no cups and saucers at all. That aside, Briarwood is a very pleasant flat to stay in. It is comfortable and nicely furnished.

    Good location safe place for the car. Flat was equipped with everything you need e g toilet rolls liquid soap towels cleaning materials. Spacious ideal for 2 people. Overall clean but the washing machine was dirty with mould as was the bathmat in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable but the duvet cover had a hole in it. Kitchen bin needs replacing as the lid was broken and the edges were very sharp. All in all a nice stay.

    Briarwood was a lovely flat in a great location, very close to shops and restaurants. The flat was spacious enough for the 3 of us and the living space really 'flowed' well. The beds were comfortable and the flat was well equipped. It was very useful having the allotted parking space, as there was nowhere else to park nearby. The walk up from the shops would be a little steep for anyone who struggles with uphill.

    Great accommodation. Well located with lots to do. Boat cruises and walks enjoyable. Plenty of places to get good food though would recommend booking restaurants.
