This lovely barn conversion offers ground floor accommodation for up to 4 guests. Brook House Farm Cottage is situated on the owner’s farm which boasts its own horse stud and livery yard. The cottage building dates back to 1791 and was converted in 2008 to provide comfortable, modern accommodation.
There are lovely walks straight from the door into the Lincolnshire Wolds, which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and plenty of cycle routes in abundance throughout the area. Motoring enthusiasts will enjoy Cadwell Park race circuit which is about a mile away. A half hour drive away, there are great days out to be had on the east coast, with miles of walks along award winning sandy beaches and the traditional resorts of Skegness, Sutton on Sea and Mablethorpe.
The Lincolnshire Wolds market towns of Louth and Horncastle are both about 7 miles away and have a good selection of shops and amenities. Horncastle is well known for its range of antique and collectables shops. Inland is the city of Lincoln, about 30-minutes drive, with its famous cathedral and castle as well as the vibrant wharf area with restaurants and cafés to relax in and watch the world go by.
